At Dogs and Kat, we believe that your ideal relationship with your dog is based on trust and understanding. Therefore, we make training fun for both dogs AND people! With over 21 years experience training everything from puppies to severe aggression cases, we have the experience and knowledge to help you and your dog succeed. We offer a variety of group classes, private training for manners and/or behavior issues, reactive dog classes (first and longest running of its kind in Nashville!), agility, and private puppy day school.

Our fun, knowledgeable trainers will help you and your pup experience quality learning in our small class sizes. Whether you have a new puppy or dog, a dog that just needs some additional manners, or want to try one of our specialty classes, we have the right option for you!
Private Dog Training Sessions
Flexible, one-on-one training offered in your home or at our facility. We tailor the training to your dog’s individual needs – whether it is specific behavior issues, puppy nipping, or everything in between – we can help!

We have 3000 square feet of training space in our super clean, insulated, well-ventilated facility. The safety of our clients and their dogs is our utmost priority. Therefore, we use a virucidal disinfectant that has proven efficacy against over 30 animal specific viruses AND is on the EPA’s N-list for effectiveness against Human Coronavirus/COVID-19.
